Good to Know
The entry from countries with sufficiently low incidence rate is possible without quarantine.
Digital registration (Pre-Travel-Clearance) before entering Austria is no longer necessary if you travel from countries with a low incidence rate. Entry regulations for Austria.
3-G rule: For your arrival in Austria you require either a proof of a negative test result, proof of vaccination or confirmation of a COVID-19 recovery (valid up to 6 months after the disease).
In case you do not have valid negative test result while entering Austria, you are obliged register through the Pre-Travel-Clearance.
On-site testing is still possible.
No wearing of face masks in public areas necessary (neither FFP2 nor any other mask).
No distancing restrictions anymore.
Closing hour for restaurants is completely lifted.
Testing is only required from the age of 12.

The consumption of food and beverages is permitted while standing.
SOCIAL DISTANCING MODE “ON”
More space, more comfort: the generous open floor plans throughout the hotel in the lounge, restaurant, SPA and the new garden area: more space for more safety.
Hygiene and cleanliness: our Housekeeping Team led by Sabine and Lydia supervise traffic routes and disinfect systematically and at intervals. No matter the surface (door handle, menu card or luggage van). You can use everything unworried.
Food & Drink: we spoil you at the highest culinary level. The Buffet is continually replenished. We kindly ask you to disinfect your hands at the prepared disinfection stations before using the buffet, you can wear the disposable gloves provided at the buffet area.
Sky Spa & NEW Outdoor pool: Pools and saunas can be used at any time
Massage and beauty treatments: can be enjoyed without restriction. Our employees take the appropriate safety precautions.
Better safe than sorry: staff members, who are not yet vaccinated, are being tested on a regular basis to ensure a safe and carefree holiday with us.
A maximum occupancy of 200 guests, is guarantee (even in the peak season).
Despite all the precautions, we ask for your attention.
Pools and saunas can be used at any time while maintaining the recommended minimum separation distance. Please pay attention to the number of maximum occupancies in the SPA and sauna area. This is clearly signposted in all entrance areas. The mandatory distance between couches and lounges has already been considered. You can gladly turn your couch or lounger, but please do not push it closer.
A fixed table will be assigned to you on the day of your arrival and for the rest of your stay. The face mask should be used as soon as you move from your seat, and it is mandatory at the buffet area. You are kindly requested to disinfect your hands before attending the buffet.
