Sky Pool & Sauna - Wellness pure

Our local mountain, the Nederkogl, greets visitors to both the indoor pool and the outdoor Jacuzzi with panoramic views. Both pools are filled with revitalised Grander water, which provides refreshment for body and soul throughout the entire hotel. A visit to the sauna also boasts plenty of health benefits: Since time immemorial, sweating it out in saunas, steam baths and hot springs has enjoyed cult status. It keeps your body healthy, sharpens the senses, clears the mind and refreshes the soul.
  • Indoor pool
11 x 7.5 metres of pure swimming pleasure with incredible views.

  • Outdoor Jacuzzi
Relax in the heated outdoor pool (36-38°C) with a view to the peak cross on the Nederkogl, Sölden’s stone landmark.

  • Finnish sauna
The Classic. Encourages you to sweat quickly and intensively with temperatures between 90° and 100°C. Cool off afterwards in the fresh air and round things off by relaxing in the quiet room.

  • Organic sauna
The organic sauna with coloured lighting provides a moderate approach to sauna going and places less strain on the circulatory system. The temperature is not normally higher than ap-prox. 55°C. Meditative music is a fantastic aid to relaxation and the colours are specially se-lected to influence your mood in a positive way.

  • Steam bath
Bathing in moist, warm clouds of steam (50°C) dates back as far as the Ottomans. The steam is infused with essential oils which are especially beneficial to the upper respiratory tract when inhaled.
  • Swimwear sauna
In addition to the large sauna area where clothing is not permitted, we have created a swim-wear sauna especially for our international guests who have a different approach to taking a sauna. You may only use this sauna if wearing swimwear.

  • Stone loungers
Sit back and relax on our heated stone loungers. In the background you can see the sky and the mountains, making this the perfect position for enjoying the sunset.

  • Open fire
The warm light of the fire is reflected on the water.

  • Lounger terrace
On the sunny lounger terrace comfortable wooden loungers and relaxation loungers are just waiting to be enjoyed by bookworms, lazybones, daydreamers and sun worshippers.

  • Outdoor area
After your sauna ritual, it is a wonderful feeling to wrap yourself in a fluffy bathrobe and step out onto the spacious terrace area to cool off.

  • Drinks & snacks
If you are going to sweat a lot then you should make sure to drink plenty too. In the relaxation area in the middle of the sauna area, you can drink as much Grander water as you like or maybe enjoy a cup of tea while snacking on dried fruit and nuts.
