At wine & dine you can experience ultimate culinary pleasure à la carte in the stylish yet cosy traditional parlour atmosphere. The menu includes duo of Sölden lamb and hearty dishes from the charcoal grill such as fillet of beef with herb butter or rib-eye steak. Whatever is on the menu, it is has certainly been created using fresh, seasonal ingredients from carefully selected "culinary pleasure" regions. Our wide selection of fine wines is also the perfect accompani-ment to specialities such as bourguignonne, chinoise or viennoise fondue varieties and raclette.
