LOVELY LAMB

Your host, Sigi Grüner, is also the head of a sheep rearing association, a passionate hobby farmer and also a hay expert when it comes to his flock of white sheep: "How the animals are fed, which herbs are found in the pastures they graze and how the hay is dried, stored and processed are all key to the quality of the meat", he says. Once you’ve tasted how delicious it is, you´ll never see lamb the same way again!
